Create site templates add pages and deploy them across learning areas to ensure a consistent workflow is maintained across all subjects. Add a dashboard to your course sites to provide at a glance everything you need to know about the subject, including active tasks ready for completion, surveys, quizzes, calendar events, course requirements and easy access to the coursework pages contained within the site.

COURSEWORK PAGES

Utilise our easy-to-use and mobile friendly widgetised coursework pages to document and display your coursework in a logical and intuitive manner. Guide students through the coursework that you’ve added by rearranging your learning blocks to adjust the order of delivery, collapse all widgets but the one that you’re covering in class that lesson and access a unique link directly to a learning block that you’d like to share.

STUDENT TASKS

Create and assign student tasks through the School Portal. Configure open, due and closing dates for each task, students will be sent a notification when the task is open and then as the submission deadline is approaching. Upload worksheets or accompanying files for the task so that they can be easily retrieved by students.

Once your task has been created, you can create or import a marking rubric so that when it comes time to review student submissions, you can review their files online and select the appropriate grades from the rubric which provides meaningful feedback to the student.

SURVEYS & QUIZZES

Develop skill building quizzes with customised pathed journeys based on options selected that provide instant feedback to students. Generate a randomised selection of questions from your quiz pool to provide a unique experience every attempt.

Create student and staff surveys or anonymous surveys to receive feedback or collect ideas then review your results with our grid view question overview or take a deeper look into the responses in our single question analysis view.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

From your course announcements page, conveniently create a new post on the site with text, images and links, this then sends a new push notification to your class, alerting them of the post.
