ATTENDANCE & ROLL MARKING

School Portal integrates seamlessly with supported third-party timetabling packages (FirstClass & Edval) to display your classes for staff, student and parent access, which provides reliable and accurate information to staff about the daily enrolment changes within a school of any size from foundation to Year 12.

Period-by-period attendance can be taken to ensure accurate knowledge of a student’s location is recorded throughout the day.

STUDENT & FAMILY DETAILS

Easily access student and family information synchronised daily from CASES21. View contact information, medical details, CSEF status, attachments, payments, active alerts and notes stored against the students enrolment.

DATA & REPORTING

Import your student data sets such as NAPLAN, Victorian Curriculum teacher judgements, Essential Assessment, or create custom data grids ready for staff to enter the relevant information.

You can easily then export and review the data using our suite of tools. Custom reports can then be generated to analyse the range of datasets maintained.

BEHAVIOUR & INCIDENT DOCUMENTATION

Record student behaviour incidents with our form customised to suit the setting of your school and capture the information that you need. Acknowledge student achievements with our reward cards that can be printed and distributed, then claimed by students through the Student Portal.

Report on behaviour types and identify trends in your school through our automated weekly reports and real-time analysis tools so that you can monitor student and staff wellbeing.

STUDENT SUPPORT GROUP MEETINGS

Maintain the important, School, Parent and Student relationship with regular meetings, and recording student achievement, progress and challenges in achieving their educational goals can build upon this. Tailor your meeting form to best suit your setting and ensure that you’re all on the same page by sending a copy of the minutes to the attendee’s right from the intuitive interface.

Generate learning and behaviour plans right from your SSG meeting, these are then attached to the students profile for access by staff.
